HLS Group Anni Poole Privacy Policy and Refunds
Once you have ticked the box on the order form, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version to your address on our records. By completing the Application and signing below, you authorise the HLS group Anni Poole to charge your credit or debit card, as indicated in the pricing, as payment for product or service with Anni Poole/Headteacher Leadership Services. You are responsible for full payment of fees for the programme, event or product you have agreed to purchase whether you actually attend the events, join the programme or use the products on offer. This also applies to part payments and payment plans. For payment plans for any programmes or events, once purchased via the initial payment, you have agreed to complete all payments required for the purchase.
Once the initial email is sent for any programme and material is sent out, no refund is possible due to the material being received. Monthly membership payments. You can leave at any time without explanation. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership within the training portal. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next payment date because once a payment has been taken, the material is released and no refund can be given.
We treat everyone on our programmes and at our events with equality and respect and expect the same form all participants. Please ensure you check group rules for any group programmes online or otherwise. If you fail to adhere to the rules Anni Poole/Headteacher Leadership Services have the right to remove you from the programme without a refund. As well as being respectful within the group communities, it is also a part of the group agreements that you will maintain confidentiality and privacy and not share anyone’s private information in any form.
Anni Poole/Headteacher Leadership Services will also ensure to keep your information private as per GDPR regulations. Please ensure that you are aware of whether you are in a private or a public group as Anni Poole/ HLS Coaching has both across social media platforms. Complaints: If you have any concerns or questions that you would like to bring to our attention, please email annipoole2@gmail.com as a first course of action. We will be happy to respond to your concerns and enquiries as soon as possible. You also understand that you are fully responsible for your own health, and that although Anni Poole is a Transformative Coach, these courses and programmes are not therapy. This is not intended as an alternative to seeking help from a medical professional such as your GP. You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician and/or qualified medical practitioner before making any changes to your medical treatment. You also agree that if you have any concerns about symptoms or medical conditions that you contact your GP.

The Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. The Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Anni Poole Coaching will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider and the client may need to have a referral letter from their health care provider. Anni Poole is a coach and the course associated with Anni Poole Coaching are coaching, not therapy courses.
